  • Public Notices (legals), required by law to be published in a second class newspaper, have two options in Kosciusko County:  The Mail-Journal and The Warsaw Times-Union.
  • Public Notices that appear in The Mail-Journal will be posted on InkFreeNews at no charge and with no end run date.  
  • Public Notices that do not appear in The Mail-Journal, but must be published in a second class newspaper, will be charged $25.00 to be posted on InkFreeNews with no end run date.
  • Public Notice Announcements, not required to appear in a second class newspaper, will be charged at current rates with no end run date.
