You are notified that Wawasee Property Owners Association whose address is PO Box 427, Syracuse, IN 46567 has applied to the Division of Law Enforcement of the Department of Natural Resources, under IC 14-15-7-3 and 312 IAC 5-3, for a permit to conduct a recreational event on Lake Wawasee. The recreational event requested in the application is a Fireworks Display and would be conducted from 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2022 to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2022 on Lake Wawasee.
Any interested person may do either or both of the following:
(A) File a petition with the central office of the division requesting an informal hearing that is signed by at least twenty-five (25)
individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in Kosciusko County. A hearing under this clause is governed by 312 IAC 2-3.
(B) Request the division to notify the person in writing when an initial determination is made to issue or deny the permit. Following the
receipt of notice under this clause, the person may request administrative review by the commission, under 312 IAC 3-1, of the
initial determination.
