WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances that will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, now, therefore:
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Syracuse, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sum of money is hereby appropriated out of the fund named and for the purpose specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
