The Board of Trustees of the Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District (“District”) will hold a public hearing May 8th, 2023, at 6:30 pm at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St. North Webster, Indiana. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on a Subdivision Control Ordinance establishing a $200 per EDU fee for the reservation of capacity in the District’s Sewage Works. All users of the works and owners of property served, or to be served, and others interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rates and charges.
