TO: Equicredit Corporation of America and any other person claiming an
interest in the real estate described herein.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff has filed an action in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 4/Circuit asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows:

The south 67 feet of lots numbered eighty-four (84) and eighty-five (85) in Dolan and Miles Addition to the Town of Syracuse, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 149, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

LESS AND EXCEPTING the following portion of the above tract:
The north 5.7 feet of the west 31 feet thereof.

If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiff’s Complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to so respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint, the Court may grant the relief requested by Plaintiff.
