Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) of Wawasee Community School Corporation (the “School Corporation”), an Amendment to Lease (the “Amendment”) between the School Corporation and Wawasee High School Building Corporation (the “Building Corporation”) was executed and entered into as of November 14, 2023. The Lease covers the site of (i) the real estate for Syracuse Elementary School, located in Syracuse, Indiana, (ii) a portion of the existing Milford School, located in Milford, Indiana, and (iii) the real estate upon which a new Milford School will be constructed, located in Milford, Indiana. A copy of the Amendment is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 801 S. Sycamore St., Syracuse, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
