AEP Indiana Michigan Transmission Company, Inc. (AEP) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (INRA00000) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with relocating a portion of the Sorenson-Olive 345 kV overhead transmission line located in Warsaw, Plain Township, Kosciusko County, IN. The Lat/Long of the center of the project is 41.278773, -85.809949. Runoff from the project site may discharge to Chapman Lake, Heeter Ditch and Deeds Creek.
