The Town of Mentone is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from
qualified firms or teams (the “Contractor”) to develop a comprehensive COVID-19
Economic Recovery Plan (CERP) for the downtown corridor.
The CERP will serve as a strategic framework and actionable roadmap to revi-
talize the local economy in the aftermath of the pandemic. The Contractor will work
collaboratively with the Town and stakeholders to develop a plan that addresses the
unique needs and opportunities of Mentone’s downtown.
SOQs should be submitted in a sealed envelope and mailed to the Town of
Mentone, PO Box 562 Mentone, IN 46539, and must be received by 3:00 PM (EDT)
on May 31, 2024. Please address the envelope to: Attention: Town of Mentone COV-
ID-19 Economic Recovery Plan (CERP) RFQ.
The RFQ document can be accessed on the Town of Mentone’s official website
at mentonein.gov or obtained from the Clerk Treasurer’s Office during business
hours, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (EDT). For inquiries

be available for distribution beginning April 26, 2024.
