You are hereby notified that on the 17th day of June, 2025 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Dennis Bogart, Gregory L. Drake and Jo Anne Drake for vacation of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1 in Thornburg’s Subdivision, thence east on and along the south lot lines of Lots 1 through 6 to the southeast corner of Lot 6, thence south to the northeast corner of the west 1/2 of Lot 9, thence west, on and along the north lot lines of the west 1/2 of Lot 9 and the north lot lines of Lots 10 through 14 to the northwest corner of Lot 14, thence north to the southwest corner of Lot 1 and the place of beginning.
