You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of July, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Ronald Scott Twomey and Heather Twomey for vacation of a portion of EMS D 24 Lane, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6 in the Plat of Ralph Metzler’s Subdivision on Dewart Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 28 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence east on and along the south line of Lot 6 extended to the water’s edge of Dewart Lake, thence south on and along the shoreline of Dewart Lake to the point of intersection with the north line of Lot 7 extended to the water’s edge of Dewart Lake, thence west on and along the north line of Lot 7 as extended to the northwest corner of Lot 7, thence north 36 feet more or less to the southwest corner of Lot 6 and the place of beginning.
