You are hereby notified that on the 9th day of July, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Silver Lake Town Hall, 604 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, Indiana, the Silver Lake Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Shankster Bros., LP for vacation of a public way described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 30 in Sell’s South Addition to Silver Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence north to the southwest corner of Lot 29 in said addition, then east, on and along the south line of said Lot 29 to the southeast corner of said lot; thence south to the northeast corner of Lot 30; thence west to the southwest corner of Lot 30 and the place of beginning.
