Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of July, 2025, the Town Council of Mentone, Indiana, adopted Ordinance No. 25-485, “And Ordinance Establishing Regulations for the Operating of Golf Carts Within Corporate Limits of the Town of Mentone, Indiana.” The ordinance sets standards for and places restrictions upon the use of golf carts within the town limits, provides for an annual registration requirement for users of golf carts within the town limits, and prescribes fines and penalties for violations. A copy of this ordinance is available for inspection in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 201 West Main Street, Mentone, IN 46539, and may be accessed online at https://mentonein.gov/ordinances.
