You are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of September, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by JC Wood Properties LLC for vacation of the following described portion of an unnamed public way located within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
The unimproved public way south of Lots 75, 76 & the west ½ of Lot 77 in Old Wray Homestead Subdivision, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 75 in Old Wray Homestead Subdivision, thence easterly on the south lines of Lots 75, 76 and the west ½ of Lot 77 to the midpoint of Lot 77, thence southerly on the east line of the west ½ Lot 77 and an extension of the east line of the west ½ of Lot 77 to the south line of the public way also being the north line of the right-of-way of US 30, thence westerly on the north line of the right-of-way of US 30 to the point of intersection with the west line of Lot 75 extended south, thence north on the west line extended to the place of beginning.
