You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of October, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in
the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street,
Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a
hearing in regard to a petition filed by Hoke Benfield and Virginia Benfield for vaca-
tion of the following described portion of an unnamed public way located within the
limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
The unimproved public way in Weimers Lake View Park, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 34 in Weimers Lake View Park,
thence southerly along the east line of Lot 34 to the southeast corner of Lot
34; thence westerly along the south line of Lot 34 to the southwest corner
of Lot 34; thence southerly along the west right-of-way of EMS B42F Lane
to the northwest corner of Lot 30; thence northeasterly along the north line
of Lot 30 to the northeast corner of Lot 30; thence northerly to the south-
east corner of Lot 29; thence westerly along the south line of Lot 29 to the
southwest corner of Lot 29; thence northerly along the west line of Lot 29
to the northwest corner of Lot 29; thence westerly to the place of beginning.
