is 5763 E 650 S, Pierceton, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, has filed an Amended
Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court requesting that her minor child, Jordynn Kyler
Ousley’s name be changed to Jordynn Kyler Hill. The date of filing was August 26,
2025.
Notice is further given that a hearing will be held on said Petition on October
31, 2025, at 8:15 AM in the Kosciusko County Circuit Court. Any person or persons
have the right to appear at the hearing and to file objections.
