Notice is hereby given that the Lakeland Regional Sewer District (the “District”) will receive sealed bids at the District’s Administrative Building located at 5002 E. 100 N., Warsaw, Indiana 46582 (“Administrative Building”), until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, for the purchase of a Hach DR6000 Spectrometer (S/N 1695882) and a Hach DR200 Heating Block (S/N 16100CO148).
Prospective bidders may inspect the equipment prior to placing a bid by visiting the Administration Building Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (excluding holidays) and signing the visitor’s log.
Bids will be opened at 6:00 p.m. at the District’s Board of Trustees (“Board”) meeting on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Each bid must be contained in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. The Board shall award the bid to the highest responsible bidder. However, the Board may reject any bid that is not responsive, and it may also reject all bids if deemed appropriate by the Board.
