CTB, Inc., located at 611 North Higbee Street, Milford, IN 46542, is submitting a renewal NOI letter for this facility to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Runoff from the facility will discharge into the Preston Miles Ditch.
