WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances that will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated:
NOW THEREFORE: Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Syracuse, Indiana, that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposed specified, subject to the laws of governing the same:
