The Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District (RSD) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to comply with the requirements of section 3.7 (A) of the construction stormwater general permit and construction activities associated with septic elimination and construction of a pressure sewer collection system and pump station in the Webster Lake Service Area – East Shore (North Webster, IN). The project is for the Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District, for a septic elimination and pressure sewer collection system project. Run-off from the project site will release to the Tippecanoe River via subsurface drainage.
