You are hereby notified that on the 24th day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Pier 778, LLC for vacation of a portion of an unopened alley in the Plat of Lake View Park, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
The 16 foot alley north of and adjacent to Lot 14 as shown in the Plat of Lake View Park as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 210 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, bounded on the east by an extension north of the east line of Lot 14 and bounded on the west by an extension north of the west line of Lot 14.
