The Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District (“TCRSD” or “District”) will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the District offices located at 4852 N. 1200 W., Cromwell, IN 46732. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on a proposed ordinance to change rates and charges of the District’s Fascination Place and Enchanted Hills Water Service Area in accordance with IC 13-26 et seq. The rates and charges the District propose to change are shown below. All users of the works and owners of property served or to be served and others interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed changes.
