The Town of Milford (121 S. Main St., Milford, IN 46542) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Town of Milford Multi-Use Trail Construction Project. Run-off from the project site will discharge to the Town of Milford and ultimately to Turkey Creek. This public notice fulfills the requirement of the Construction Stormwater General Permit 3.7(a)(3)(B). This method satisfies the provision available to governmental agencies, allowing project information to be made available online prior to the submittal of the Notice of Intent.
