You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of July, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by James Cameron Silveus and Shannon Silveus for vacation of an unnamed public way within the Plat of Winona Beach as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 111 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
All of the public way located between Lots 6 and 7 in the Plat of Winona Beach from the east right-of-way of Lakewood Avenue to the water’s edge of Winona Lake.
