You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of July, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Charles Edward Perry III and Heather Perry for vacation of a portion of Shelf Drive and Bass Streets, public ways within the Plat of Vanator Bluff Park as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 125 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
All of Shelf Drive lying east of Lot 17 in Vanator Bluff Park to its terminus at the south corner of Lot 25 in Vanator Bluff Park.
All of Bass Street between Lots 19 and 20 in Vanator Bluff Park from the south right-of-way of Sullivan Road to the water’s edge of Sechrist Lake.
