Notice is hereby given that the Town of Silver Lake, Indiana, will from this date accept sealed bids for;
(1) The mowing of “nuisance vegetation” and “rank vegetation” more than
6 inches in height.
These properties are located within the Town limits of the Town of Silver
Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and are at the discretion of the Silver
Lake Town Marshal.
Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Silver Lake Clerk-Treasurer for the Town of Silver Lake until 3:00 p.m. prevailing local time on the 7th day of July 2026. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Silver Lake Town Hall during the Council meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid/Mowing”, mailed to the Town of Silver Lake Clerk-Treasurer, PO Box 159, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982, or delivered to the Silver Lake Clerk-Treasurer located at 604 N Jefferson St., Silver Lake, Indiana 46982.
The Silver Lake Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive informalities in the bidding process.
