ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTES
Sealed Quotes for Test Well for supply well will be received by the Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District, at the 4852 North 1200 West, Cromwell, Indiana 46732, until 10:00 am, local time, on July 16, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the work consists of the furnishing and installing of a test well for the purpose of design and construction of a new raw water supply well in the existing well field.
The issuing office is Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd., 1700 Magnavox Way, Ste. 102, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804. The office phone number is 260-482-1920. Copies of the Documents may be examined at the Owner’s office listed above or the issuing office, without charge.

Copies of Construction Documents and Contract Documents may be obtained electronically from Michelle Wilson at MWilson@JHeng.com. If hard copies of the building documents are needed, they can be ordered from the print-room for a fee. If you have any problems using the digital print-room, you are encouraged to contact either the Engineer’s Project Manager, or Project Coordinator at 260-440-8303.
Neither Owner nor Engineer has any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or sufficiency of any documents obtained from any source other than the source indicated in these documents. Obtaining these documents from any other source(s) may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than directly from the source listed herein may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to these documents that may be issued.
Quotes must be submitted on the form provided in the Documents and must contain the names of every person or company interested therein. Prospective Quoters should note the successful proposer must meet the following terms and conditions:

Any Quote may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Quotes, but no bidder shall withdraw his Quote within 60 days after the actual opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes, waive irregularities in any Quote, and to accept any Quote which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
