NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE
TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES OF EUNICE RAMM, GEORGE W. RAMM, AND MARY A VANATOR, AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN
You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff has filed its action in this Court to quiet title to the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest fifteen feet of Lot 26 in Vanator Bluff Park and running thence westerly on and along the South line of said fifteen foot strip to the southeast corner of Lot 25 in Vanator Bluff Park; thence continuing on the South line of Lot 25 in Vanator Bluff Park to a point on the shoreline of Sechrist Lake; thence southeasterly on and along the shoreline of Sechrist Lake to the Point of Intersection with an extension of the east line of the northwest fifteen feet of Lot 26 in Vanator Bluff Park; thence northeasterly on and along said extension to the Point of Beginning.
If you claim an interest in the real estate you, or your attorney, must file an answer or other response to Plaintiffs’ complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to so appear or respond, the Court may grant Plaintiffs the relief requested in the complaint.
