Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana, the Town Council of Syracuse, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Thoss, LLC, for vacation of an unimproved public way in the plat of Northend Development Corp, Commercial Subdivision, within the corporate limits of Syracuse, Indiana and described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6, said point being a railroad spike in County Road 1400 North; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the North line of said Northeast Quarter and along County Road 1400 North, 258.38 feet; thence Southerly and Southwesterly, along a curve to the right, 314.08 feet to a 1/2-inch iron bar, said curve having a radius of 1410.00 feet and subtended by a chord 313.43 feet long on a bearing of South 09 degrees 18 minutes 29 seconds West, to a 1/2-inch iron bar, thence South 75 degrees 21 minutes 22 seconds East, 199.53 feet to the point of beginning of said easement; thence continuing South 75 degrees 21 minutes 22 seconds East, 50.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 14 degrees 38 minutes 38 seconds West, 158.61 feet; thence North 69 degrees 01 minute 01 second West, 50.31 feet; thence North 14 degrees 38 minutes 38 seconds East, 153.05 feet to the point of beginning of said roadway easement.
