Wastewater Preliminary Engineering Report
The Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District (“TCRSD”) will hold a public hearing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St., North Webster, IN 46555.
TCRSD’s engineering consultant, Jones Petrie Rafinski (“JPR”), will present an overview of the recommended wastewater project, which includes instillation of a sanitary sewer collection system for septic elimination on a portion of Webster Lake. The project is anticipated to be funded through the Indiana Finance Authority Wastewater State Revolving Fund (“WWSRF”) loan program.
The wastewater project is more fully described in JPR’s Preliminary Engineer Report (“PER”). A copy of the PER will be available for public viewing through January 8, 2024, on the TCRSD website at https://www.tippychapmanrsd.com/ and at the office of Carson LLP 301 W. Jefferson Blvd. Suite 201, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Written comments from the public will be accepted through January 15, 2024, and should be sent to Jennifer Ransbottom via email at jransbottom@jpr1source.com, or via US mail at 325 S.
