Courthouse Chiller Replacement
Request for Proposal
Replace existing 60-ton Trane Condensing unit and associated heat exchanger.
Scope of Work:
Reclaim refrigerant from existing Trane RAUC 60-ton chiller
Remove existing chiller, heat exchanger, and associated refrigeration piping.
Furnish and install one (1) chiller with the following;
Furnish and install all necessary refrigeration and chilled water piping.
Furnish and install all necessary power wiring.
Price to include Engineering fees to provide energy savings calculations
required for the Grant.
Insulate refrigeration lines and UV protection on the exterior piping, as required.
To include all lifting and rigging fees.
Quote to be based on work being completed Monday through Friday,
7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
