You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of September, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Steven Scott Silveus and Cynthia Silveus, for vacation of a Promenade within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
All that portion of the Promenade in the Plat of Winona Beach lying between the south line of the west 10’ of Lot 13 in Winona Beach extended to the water’s edge of Winona Lake and the south line of the west 16’ of Lot 14 in Winona Beach extended to the water’s edge of Winona Lake.
