You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of September, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 310 N. Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana, the Town Council of Syracuse, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Kevin Unterbrink, for vacation of an unimproved public way in the plat of Merrill’s Addition to Lake Wawasee, within the corporate limits of Syracuse, Indiana and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 15 in Merrill’s Addition to Lake Wawasee, thence east on and along the south line of Lot 15 to the southeast corner of Lot 15; thence south to the northeast corner of Lot 17 in Merrill’s Addition to Lake Wawasee; thence west on and along the north lines of Lots 17 & 16 to the northwest corner of Lot 16; thence north along the right-of-way of Harkless Drive to the place of beginning.
