The Turkey Creek Regional Sewer District (“TCRSD” or “District”) will hold a public hearing beginning at 5:00 p.m. and on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the District offices located at 4852 N. 1200 W., Cromwell, IN 46732. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on a proposed ordinance to change rates and charges of the District’s Water Rate and Water Use Ordinance in accordance with I.C. 13-26 et. seq. The rates and charges the District propose to change are shown below. All users of the works and owners of property served or to be served and others interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed changes.

The following proposed changes to TCRSD’s rates and charges, are as follows:
AMENDED AND RESTATED WATER RATE AND WATER USE ORDINANCE
22.4 Any User requesting or required to connect to the District’s services shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the installation of the water service connection. Such costs may include, but are not limited to, connection fees, tap fees, meter installation, inspection fees, and any other costs necessary to establish water service in accordance with this Ordinance and the District’s applicable standards, specifications, and regulations. All such costs and expenses shall be assessed and collected in accordance with this Ordinance and any fee schedule adopted by the District. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total amount charged by the District for all costs incurred in connection with the installation and completion of the water service connection shall not exceed Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
