You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of October, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Charles E. Baker and Joan L. Baker, for vacation of a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 27 in the Plat of Kuhn’s 2nd Addition to Kuhn’s Plat, then north on and along an extension of the west line of Lot 27 to the south right-of-way line of North Barbee Road; thence southwesterly to the northeast corner of Lot 21 in Kuhn’s 2nd Addition to Kuhn’s Plat, thence south on and along the east line of Lots 21, 23 and 24 to the point of intersection with a westerly extension of the south line of Lot 26; thence east 12 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
