You are hereby notified that on the 17th day of November, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Eric A. Hollo, for vacation of a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the northwest comer of Lot 1 in Williamson’s Addition to Atwood, Ind. (“Plat”) thence west to the northwest corner of the Plat; thence south along the west line of the Plat 100 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of the Plat; thence east along the south line of Lot 1 extended west and the south line of Lot 1 fifty feet to a point on the south line of Lot 1; thence north five feet; thence west twenty-four feet to the east line of the platted street; thence north on and along the east line of the platted street also being the west line of Lot 1 to the place of beginning.
