Kosciusko Superior Court 4 Kosciusko County, Indiana by virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko Coun­ty, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04- 2508-MF-000081 wherein Union Home Mortgage Corporation was Plain­tiff, and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Personal Representatives, and Creditors of Paul Michael Stear­ley (Deceased), et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as 26 provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the day of January 2026, at the hour of 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at
