Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the District’s intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District – Tippecanoe & Chapman Lakes Septic Elimination Project. The project is located within Kosciusko County, and includes the lake communities at Lake Tippecanoe, James Lake, and the Chapman Lakes. The storm water runoff will have an ultimate release to the Tippecanoe River, Ruple Ditch, Deeds Creek, Heeter Ditch, Pike Lake, Chapman Lakes, Lake Tippecanoe and James Lake by above-grade and subsurface drainage.
