The Kosciusko County Redevelopment Commission is seeking proposals from financial consulting firms for assistance in writing the financial plan for and establishing a Residential TIF District. The deadline for establishing the Residential TIF District is December 31, 2022. Proposals must be received in the Auditor’s Office at 100 West Center Street, Room 220, Warsaw, IN 46580, not later than 4:30 p.m. on August 3, 2022.
