The Board of Trustees of the Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District (“District”) will hold a public hearing September 12, 2022 at 6:30 pm at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St., North Webster, Indiana. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on an ordinance adopting rates and charges for sanitary sewer service to be provided by the District. The temporary rates and charges the District proposes are shown below and would be effective once the contract for construction is issued and work has commenced. Full rates and charges shall become effective upon completion of the project. All users of the works and owners of property served, or to be served, and others interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rates and charges.
