Monroe St, Goshen, Indiana 46528) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Eastfield located on the south side of E 1250 N, 320 feet west of Jeremy Dr., Milford, Indiana.
