You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of May, 2024 at 9:15 a.m. in the
Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street,
Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a
hearing in regard to a petition filed by Albert Deckys and Karen A. Deckys for vaca-
tion of the following described portion of an unnamed public way located within the
limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
The unnamed public way between Lots 7 & 8 in the Original Plat of Atwood,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8 in the Original Plat of Atwood and
thence west to the northeast corner of Lot 7 in the Original Plat of Atwood,
thence south along the east line of Lot 7 to the southeast corner of Lot 7,
thence east to the southwest corner of Lot 8, thence north along the west
line of Lot 8 to the northwest corner thereof and the place of beginning.
