Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held with the Kosciusko County
Council on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. local time, Old Courthouse, Old
Courtroom, 3rd floor, 100 West Center St., Warsaw, IN to discuss and consider the
adoption of a property tax exemption ordinance for mobile homes and manufac-
tured homes that are not inventory or real property pursuant to IC 6-1.1-10.5, which
becomes effective on July 1, 2024, pursuant to Senate Enrolled Act 183 (2024). The
public is invited to attend and provide comments.
