In accordance with Indiana Code 5-22-7, notice is hereby given that the Tippecanoe Township, Kosciusko County, Board is accepting sealed bids for the complete construction of a 50’ x 84’ commercial building, site preparation and electrical installation, located at 211 North Harrison Street; behind the Tippecanoe Township Fire Territory station.
The sealed bid deadline is 3:00 pm on July 15, 2024 and will be opened at the Tippecanoe Township Board meeting on July 16, 2024 at 6:45 pm. Sealed bids shall be mailed to Tippecanoe Township Trustee Christopher M. Francis, PO BOX 144 North Webster, IN 46555 and clearly marked “BID ENCLOSED” on the outside of the envelope.

The township board reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the township. The township also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the township.
